These Terms of Use apply to the Schengen 90/180 Tracker mobile app. By downloading, accessing, or using Schengen 90/180 Tracker, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the app.
1. About Schengen 90/180 Tracker
Schengen 90/180 Tracker is a travel day calculator and planning app designed to help users track past Schengen trips, planned Schengen trips, remaining stay allowance, and estimated 90/180-day rule usage.
The app may include free features and paid upgrade options.
2. Informational Tool Only
Schengen 90/180 Tracker provides general travel day calculation and trip planning tools.
The app is not an official government, border control, immigration, legal, visa, or consular service. It does not provide legal advice, immigration advice, visa advice, or guaranteed travel permission.
Schengen rules can depend on many factors, including nationality, visa type, residence status, passport validity, bilateral agreements, long-stay permissions, local border decisions, official interpretation, and changes in law or policy.
You are responsible for checking your own travel eligibility with official sources before traveling.
3. No Guarantee of Entry or Legal Compliance
Schengen 90/180 Tracker is designed to estimate stay limits based on the travel dates you enter.
The app does not guarantee that:
- You are allowed to enter the Schengen Area
- You are allowed to stay for a specific number of days
- Your visa, passport, residence permit, or travel document is valid
- Border officers, airlines, consulates, or authorities will accept your travel plans
- The calculation result will match every official decision or personal circumstance
Border and immigration decisions are made by the relevant authorities, not by this app.
4. Local Data and User Responsibility
Schengen 90/180 Tracker does not require account registration or login.
Trip history, entry dates, exit dates, planned trips, calculation results, and app settings may be stored locally on your device.
You are responsible for entering accurate dates and keeping your device secure.
If you enter incorrect, incomplete, duplicated, overlapping, or misunderstood trip data, the app’s calculation results may be incorrect.
You are responsible for maintaining any backups you need. If you delete the app, reset your device, or lose access to your device, your locally stored app data may be lost.
5. Free and Paid Features
Schengen 90/180 Tracker may allow limited use for free.
The free version may include restrictions, such as limits on the number of trips, planned trips, saved calculations, or premium features available.
Paid upgrade options may unlock additional features, including more trip entries, advanced planning tools, calendar features, reminders, or other premium functionality.
The availability of specific features may change over time as the app is improved, updated, or adjusted.
6. Subscription and Lifetime Purchase Options
Schengen 90/180 Tracker may offer paid options, including subscription access and/or lifetime access.
Prices may vary by country or region. Apple may display prices in your local currency based on your App Store country or region.
Final pricing, taxes, currency conversion, and billing are handled by Apple through the App Store.
7. Subscription Terms
If you purchase a subscription, payment will be charged to your Apple account at confirmation of purchase.
The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
Your Apple account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple account settings.
Deleting the app does not automatically cancel your subscription.
8. Lifetime Access Terms
If you purchase lifetime access, you receive access to the included premium features for the lifetime of the Schengen 90/180 Tracker app, subject to these Terms.
Lifetime access is a one-time purchase and is not a recurring subscription.
“Lifetime” refers to the lifetime of the app and service as reasonably maintained by us. It does not guarantee that the app will be available forever, available on every future device, or compatible with every future operating system version.
9. Purchase Management and RevenueCat
Schengen 90/180 Tracker uses RevenueCat to help manage in-app purchases, subscription status, purchase validation, and premium feature access.
RevenueCat may process purchase-related information needed to confirm access to paid features.
RevenueCat does not replace Apple’s App Store billing system. Payments, refunds, cancellations, renewals, and billing account management are handled by Apple.
10. Refunds and Cancellations
All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store.
We do not directly process payments and cannot directly issue App Store refunds.
Refund requests must be submitted through Apple according to Apple’s refund process and policies.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple account settings.
11. Restore Purchases
Schengen 90/180 Tracker may provide a Restore Purchases option.
This feature allows you to restore eligible purchases linked to your Apple account, such as an active subscription or lifetime purchase.
Restore Purchases may require an internet connection and successful validation through Apple and/or RevenueCat.
12. Notifications and Reminders
Schengen 90/180 Tracker may provide local notifications or reminders for planned trips, stay limits, travel planning, or related app features.
Notifications depend on your device settings, permissions, operating system behavior, battery settings, and other factors outside our control.
You are responsible for checking your travel dates and legal stay limits yourself. Missed, delayed, disabled, or inaccurate reminders must not be treated as official travel advice.
13. App Updates and Changes
We may update, modify, improve, remove, or replace app features from time to time.
Some features may change due to technical requirements, operating system changes, App Store requirements, third-party service changes, legal changes, Schengen rule interpretation changes, or product decisions.
We may also fix bugs, improve performance, adjust limits, or change how free and paid features work.
14. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the app.
You must not:
- Use the app for unlawful purposes
- Use the app to misrepresent your travel history or legal stay status
- Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, modify, or resell the app
- Interfere with the app’s operation or security
- Attempt to bypass subscription, purchase, or entitlement checks
- Use the app in a way that may harm us, other users, Apple, RevenueCat, or related services
15. Intellectual Property
Schengen 90/180 Tracker, including its design, features, text, branding, code, calculations, layout, and related content, is owned by us or licensed to us.
You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app according to these Terms.
You do not receive ownership rights in the app.
16. Third-Party Services
Schengen 90/180 Tracker may rely on third-party services, including Apple and RevenueCat, for purchases, subscription validation, and app functionality.
Your use of Apple services is also subject to Apple’s applicable terms and policies.
Third-party services may change their systems, policies, or availability, and those changes may affect parts of the app.

We do not guarantee that calculations, reminders, trip planning outputs, or stay estimates will always be correct for your personal travel situation.
You should always verify your travel status, visa conditions, and Schengen stay allowance with official sources before traveling.
19. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Missed travel
- Denied boarding
- Refused entry
- Visa issues
- Overstay issues
- Immigration penalties
- Incorrect trip entries
- Incorrect calculation results
- Missed or delayed reminders
- Data loss
- Device issues
- Subscription misunderstandings
- Inability to access the app
Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the app is to stop using it and, where applicable, manage or cancel your subscription through Apple.
20. Termination
We may suspend, restrict, or end access to the app or paid features if you violate these Terms, misuse the app, attempt to bypass payment systems, or use the app in a harmful or unlawful way.
You may stop using the app at any time.
If you have an active subscription, you are responsible for cancelling it through your Apple account settings.
21. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
If we make changes, we will post the updated Terms on this page with a new effective date.
Your continued use of Schengen 90/180 Tracker after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
